Refund Policy

At MTC America Inc., we take pride in the quality of our hurricane protection products. Because most of our products—including Impact Windows, Roll Up Shutters, and Accordion Shutters—are custom-manufactured to the specific dimensions of your property, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Custom Orders

• No Returns: Once a custom order has been placed and manufacturing has begun, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of signing your contract for a full refund of your deposit. After 24 hours, the deposit may be non-refundable as materials are ordered.

2. Installation Services

• Payments for installation labor are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

• If you are unsatisfied with the installation, please contact us immediately at (786) 508-8858 so we can address and correct any issues.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery/installation, MTC America Inc. will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of installation.

4. Deposits

• All deposits are applied toward the final balance of your project. Deposits for custom-made products are generally non-refundable once production has started.
