1. Introduction

Welcome to MTC America Inc. By accessing our website or purchasing our hurricane protection products (shutters, windows, doors), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by MTC America are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change based on final measurements and site conditions at the time of installation.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required to begin custom fabrication of shutters or windows. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation or as specified in your individual contract.

4. Limited Warranty & Liability

  • Products: Warranty coverage for shutters and impact glass is provided by the manufacturer. MTC America will assist with warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

  • Installation: We provide a limited warranty on our labor. We are not liable for damage caused by extreme weather events that exceed the rated capacity of the products installed.

5. Permits and Compliance

  • MTC America will assist in obtaining necessary Miami-Dade or Broward County permits as required by law. The customer is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring all homeowner association (HOA) approvals are secured before installation begins.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County
